This 1960 Chevrolet Impala 2dr H/T street rod comes painted in silver with a custom blue cloth interior. The ''bubble top'' Impalas have the great '60s styling you expect, including the flattened tail fins & iconic three-round taillight configuration that returned for 1960, making it a great foundation for a custom! Body lines are straight and the paint has a nice luster to it. The chrome and the brightwork are in good shape. Under the hood is a 454 CID V8 with Edelbrock intake and carburetor, and tubular headers. Additional under-the-hood options are power brakes, power steering, and an aluminum radiator. Power meets the pavement with a TH700R4 Transmission with a B & M shifter. The chassis has been updated with beefier front springs, thicker front and rear sway bar, rear coil-over shocks, and front and rear disc brakes. Inside is a spacious interior featuring the original dash, original steering wheel, upgraded gauges, cloth front bucket seats (power driver's seat), and rear bench seat. The door cards, seats, carpet, and headliner are all in great shape. The carpet is in great shape doors shut nice. The retrofit AM/FM Stereo delivers a great sound.
